The morning presentations featured Dame Sheila B. Driscoll (Dame Venturus, LLC), Hubba Khatoon (Canadian Food Innovation Network), Bob Knight (Rainmaker.Earth Corp.), Anderson Hoff (University of Calgary), Faramarz Famil Samavati (University of Calgary), Paul Galpern (University of Calgary), and Christopher Henry (University of Manitoba).

Attendees participated in two engaging sessions: "Exploring Research Funding Opportunities and Partnerships" with Virginia Mulligan from Alberta Innovates, and "Commercialization: From Concept to Market" led by Nikhil Bedi and Maris Apse from Innovate Calgary. These sessions provided valuable insights into securing funding and navigating the commercialization process.
